Looks like you had navigation. Those wire harness adapters work for a e46 without nav.

Hey my friend. Would you say how you find the right 5m cable? Can you give me a link? I have e46 touring with hi fi sound system and wide screen 16:9 on dashboard… the wide screen is with the same sockets like your screen and i can’t find that cable…. May be just don’t know how to search it on internet. My navi computer in trunk is broken and the wide screen have some dead pixels. To repair these two components i must pay the same money like to buy Eonon or Erisin or something good that will sound much better than stock head unit. Can you help me?

Hi, first you buy the right 5meter cable for that radio, then the stock connectors put them on the side (those behind the radio), them make that 5 mt cable come from the trunk and link it to the new radio. Then search for connecting the blue wire for sound, and then you have it all going. Keeping steering wheel contrôles (module has to be supplied with the package) etc etc. It’s a bit painful specially if you put the whole thing, back up camera etc, but for the result, it really worth’s the money. Just pay attention to the low memory radios offers, those make long to turn on, at least take 2 or 3G minimum. Have a nice day 😉 ps: if you have harman kardon system your amplifier is already there stock

    • @AndyTheXTech

    • @AndyTheXTech

Lol! It depends on what you consider hard. I prefer to just remove some trim, the radio, put an adapter in and throw it back together. Not remove half the interior.
