i can give you any information/tips about the whole process of incubation the eggs, about of the parts of the machine i am not the most suitable person. Thank you for your time.
1/240rpm means it would take 240 minutes ( 4 hours ) to turn the eggs from laying on right side to the left side then back to right side again where they started at. Since an egg turn is only half a full turn, right to left and stop, that would be 2hrs each, or 12 turns per day. Using a timer you could set it to run something like 2hrs run then off 2hrs, repeat, and get 6 turns per day. 2.5rpm motor would give 2.5 full turns ( or 5 half turns per minute ) so if you had a timer you could set for just 12 seconds that would give 1 half turn right to left, then run it agian latter, as many times as needed for the day. or set timer to run 1 minute and that would rock the egg nicely 5 times and end on other side each time instead of where it started. Either should probably work. Or you could forget the timer and just go with 1/240rpm running full time and get 1 egg turn (half a full turn ) every 2 hours making it 12 turns a day. I don't know if 12 turns would harm they eggs or not? Do not want to have Sea Sick Chickens. LOL May want to ask professionals about doing 12 turns a day. As for most efficient as power used, probably don't matter much really. I was thinking to buy one of these, but so many bad reviews only works a few times, or fails middle of first use ruining eggs, or never worked at all right out of the box, I pretty much decided to skip these type units now. I am living in a Country that the temperature is more than 40 degree at the sunlight. So try to keep the machine in the shadow. If its possible with air (open windows), but be sure other animal can not enter at the room.

To lower humidiy fill a clean sock with rice to absorb moisture, then 60-70 humidity during the lock down period, if the humidity is to high the chick will drown in the egg. Do not open the incubator when pipping or hatching as it shrinks the membraine and restricts the chick from hatching
So, the best thing is to organize your farm in the way that you will get clean eggs. But if you get dirty eggs do not clean it with water. Clean them with a dry handkerchief at the spot which are dirty.
At the start and during the incubation period (open the incubator and fill up with water if the humidity reduce). Also at the 18 day you have to put more water to increace the humidity. Athe last three days do not open the machine. Thank for watching.

Check your humidity meter if it's working correctly and the temperature meter, too. Use other one to check if the measure is the same. It' s seems that one of them working wrong. Thank you.

The case which i place the eggs its possible to connect with one cable. The case change position every 2 hours (it depends of the machine you choose).
