Lol, that first end and bite for sure. But a min later I do take a loot at the other end and that was medium well ish. Which was a world of a difference.
@@halaldigest yeah but that is still unacceptable, especially considering the prices that they charge. I checked their menu. They are hella expensive. You honestly should have sent that food back and told them to recook the steak lol
Agreed not acceptable but that is why I am reviewing these places. And showing you what I got etc. depending on the circumstances I do have them recook/replace it etc, but couldn’t at the time. Expensive yes, my yelp, google review mention that(and needing to refine their grilling technique). So ideally for special/rare occasions.
Aw man brother how can i trust a man on steak if usually gets it well done or even medium well in this case. Its medium rare or medium at most to truly appreciate the meat.

No point of ordering a steak if you’re getting it cooked past medium rare! It gets dry and chewy and tough to eat
