The executive has done very good presentation. She has well knowledge about this field. Short and clear voice no exaggeration. Pavan also asked right question to everyone in this video. Overall good vlog. People not good in understanding Kannada also can easily understand what they speaks.
The interiors are undoubtedly perfect ..but elevation is outdated and could be made the way better..🙌🙌

Wow I haven't seen anyone explaining in details in depth. That lady has done great job and house is nicely built especially the puja room design with sunlight coming is highlight.
Unlike other individual house where ground floor is also packed, this house let with lot of space. They can even conduct functions easily without booking a function hall separately.
Though I am Telugu, I understood each and every thing the executive spoke and the guy asked right questions like water leakage etc.
Old age will be a problem with no internal lifts
Interior design is good. Great ventilation
Kitchen is small ladies may have issues .
Good natural light arrangement .
Glass work need to be re-worked below strairs and partition between pooja and hall that glass partition is not safe .

60lakhs is for civil work only, she has mentioned it in the beginning itself. And interiors ge almost 15-20 lakhs agirutte
totally agree. only the construction cost(cement/tmt steel) can be 60 L... excluding granite/interiros/steel. :)
- Overall color combination is good
- Front Elevation is good
- Jaali design looks pretty good
- Space in front of the Main door is cool
- Pooja room with glass & cnc cutting partition is not safe option
- Kitchen space looks smaller than the mentioned dimension or it shld have been planned better as it looked congested
- Dining area is too big as it is a less used space in general household
- Living room shld have been planned better, showing your back to temple room while sitting is not good
- The space next to Living room will be mostly unused shld plan better utilization of space
- The space next to room where jaali is used is too big(10 ft wide).. instead cld have been 3 to 4 ft bigger room

Good Engineering and Interiors. Everything you have provided is well thought of.
One flaw is in the drawing room where you have placed sofa, where you have provided steps, seems dangerous for senior citizens. Had it been ground level it would have been fantastic.
You have not provided split AC points in the house.
If I have get an independent house in Bangalore, I would prefer you only to construct.

60 lakhs impossible .... Cost of iron may cost more than 25 to 30 lakhs ... Cement may cost 8 to 10 lakhs ... Grill works ... Near 6 to 7 lakhs ... Windows main door baths accesories, glass tiles granite etc 15 to 18 lakhs .... Finally electrical wiring and lighting ..... 4 to 5 lakhs ... Painting and water proof patty ... 4 to 5 lakhs ...
My guess is 90 lakhs plus .....🤗

Toilet outside house is no more in fashion. Attach bath toilet is in trend. And staircase turning left or not having odd number of steps also no problem if there is yellow light below the stairs
