- Swanage is a coastal town and civil parish in the south east of Dorset, England. It is situated at the eastern end of the Isle of Purbeck, approximately 6 miles south of Poole and 25 miles east of Dorchester.

AEROdrone thanks Mark. Where area are you based? I kind of get the feeling you are on the south coast too.
.. am in the Blandford area, so only 30minutes from the coast. Need to get out there a little bit more with the drone, there are some great places to go without the drone police you a hard time! Will hopefully get out soon before this weather disappears.

AEROdrone Swanage is s nice town for a break away weekend. We live in Southampton. I fly a Spark, Yuneec q500 4k, phantom 3 advanced and a fishing drone! Love this hobby.
The coast near Durlston Country Park is beautiful-would like to fly some point in that area in Swanage.
