My grandfather was very good at ice fishing. He used to watch other people make a new hole when they did not catch anything. Then he would go to their old hole and start catching fish, showing it is not about the place, but proficiency. 😅

Americans don't have winter cold too often, they don't even know what a snow storm is, and also, Nordic countries look exactly the same, untouched areas can have up to 4 meters of snow, I have only seen 2 meters, it gets up to 35 c in Finland at most but rarely, average is 25 c. Unfortunately they had to go in early to get this episode out so they didn't get to see the snow. Hyvää joulua!🎄🎅

@luv_ash. I live in Toronto and we see Buffalo getting hammered by storms all the time. It makes me laugh as a lot of Americans think Canada is this absolute winter land, with snow and we live in igloos type place yet there are many northern American states that get way more snow than a lot of different parts of Canada, Toronto included. Last winter we had three maybe four days that it snowed, all winter. I’m hoping for repeat this year 🤞
