Jzakallah khair for the lessons, very beneficial but you mentioned that to say Ya Muhammad is wrong because the Prophet is dead but we address the Prophet peace be upon him in salah as ASSALAMU ALAYKA - PEACE BE UPON YOU - If the Prophet was not alive we would not address him directly in prayer- you is only used for someone who is present-
