    I love watching these videos! I transferred to NICU from an adult floor recently and it’s all so different, so watching your videos has helped me reinforce my training in this new specialty. Also interesting to see how differently some things are done in your NICU. Not many people make NICU specific nursing content, so thanks for making these videos!

      She’s talking about a replogle, which is something you’d see used for babies who have esophageal atresia or some sort of blockage in the gastrointestinal tract. It’s used to suction out excess saliva to keep the baby from aspiration. It can be inserted through the nose or mouth into the stomach.
