Hillary Gardee’s alleged killers make first court appearance

- Three men accused of the murder of Hillary Gardee, including Philemon Lukhele - a member of the ANC in the Mpumalanga Legislature, appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrates Court on 9 May 2022. Gardee, the daughter of former EFF secretary-general Godrich Gardee, was found murdered a few days after she went missing. All three accused will remain in custody.
These wicked monsters should rot in jail with no bail, just imagine how the young Hillary has to face 3 giant's like Goliath, this is so sad 😭

I wonder if you are right with your numbers. In 2021 there were 58 murders per day in SA. While most of the victims were men ( I presume) I think the number of women murdered was higher than just 7 per day.
No human being deserve to be brutalized like that, the dogs must die and rot in jail for doing this, we are many times failed by our own systems whereby people are given light sentences or even let free after a murder or a rape case, that's why it came to a point where killing or raping is no different from stealing or any other light offense, the perpetrators know that sooner than expected they'll be on the streets looking for the next victim , cases where there's murder or rape involved must be handled differently, even in jail those who killed or raped treatenot have the luxury
Violence, torture, and murder in South Africa , whether it's a white farmer, his wife & kids OR a well known politician's child is just as painful to their loved one's. Noticing the difference in how the EFF reacted in the Brendon Horner murder to the Hillary Gardee murder .... Both are similar yet such different reactions... Why? They celebrate the death in one yet mourning in the other. Murder is so unnecessary and a waste of an innocent life. Change the laws and bring back the death penalty for murderers.

Guys let's wait and see before we cast a stone to the 3 accused. We know of SAPS incompetence resulting to wrongful arrests, I mean we saw this at Senzo Meyiwa's case, we all hated that guy eventually we were told there was no evidence and true I believe them, there was no evidence as it will be in this case. We now know that the crime scene was not properly scanned and studied, meaning evidence is not sufficient to hold the case against the 3 accused.
Now they are speculating of rape, I mean the body is long buried and you mean to tell the nation you have not done a proper analysis/ postmortem?
