Quán Cao Lầu Thanh-So many places you can eat these noodles. However, my friend tipped me off to head to this restaurant to eat the famous “Cao Lau” noodles in Hoi an. Something you have to eat while in this city as you can only find it here. A bite and slurp like you will never have any where else.

The "chicken rice" dish is made with "Gà ta, Gà Ri" , a type of chicken raised entirely from corn and paddy so the meat is firm and delicious. Using industrial chicken will not give the same quality of meat. "Chicken rice" is delicious and the ingredients are fresh.

Glad you are visiting central Vietnam Max! The foods look so good! My favorite Banh Mi is any kind with pate and freshly cooked meat (grilled beef/pork or xiu mai) as stuffing.

When eating "Cơm gà Hội An", a cup of sauce with blood (nước mạ) is added to eat with the rice. It will make the rice more flavorful. And the thing that makes this dish's unique flavor is chili sauce 😊

This is my absolutely most favourite dish in Vietnam. I just returned a week ago from being over there in my homeland for about 3.5 weeks. I brought some of the Cao Lau dried noodles home with me, so I could make the dish here. Same with the Cao Lau croutons! I am so excited! :)

Hey Max, Hue is near Da Nang. You should try Bún bò Huế Bà Cẩm - 46 Le Loi, Hue city. I am a big fan of Hue beef noodle soup and it's the best beef noodle bowl I've ever eaten.
