It's the same for me, my servers will ALWAYS be above 150 ping in European servers. I once hit 103 in a fake california server but the game doesn't give me those often.
As a person that needs atleast 100 ping to for total domination, i can agree that 200 ping is a big problem Edit: cuz of very good random in yba i always having Japanese or Singapore or Korea servers😭

i get 300 ping and 500 ping every 3 seconds and 1k ping every 30 seconds and 800 ping ever 10 seconds while fighting

i fr feel this i get like 2k ping every 12 seconds or so. and at average 200-300 ping, i just recommend putting ur graphics down during pvp.

in brazil the only server that has decent ping (200+) is florida, in EU servers I get 300-400 and on singapore 400-600
Roblox just doesnt want to make servers here
For me the best server regions are Germany and UK. I have 70-90 ping on those servers

200 ping isnt really high and its actually what you need enough to pvp in YBA
