I think the most obvious difficulty of using cannon cart is how it's a high risk decision that can cost you in early learning phase
The biggest problem for me is pre-game analysis if the game is suitable for cannon cart game, and getting used to the range of defenses.
As I'm only F2P player and my troop isn't maxed out so it's pretty difficult to choose another troop to be part with, and time limit of course. But watching your videos made me realize cannon cart isn't that bad (I used to hate it so much lol) but I can use it for taking out
