This Big Mac Smash Taco is a mash up of my two favorite foods...cheeseburgers and tacos. The beef patty is pressed and cooked right on a flour tortilla, where it gets browned and crispy, and topped with gooey, melty American cheese, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and a deliciously creamy sauce.
