Lived there 4 years in the 90s. It is the most Northern town in Colorado if memory serves. I'm native of Chaffee county. I've lived all over my state.
This was a really really good vid. It made me smile.
Redfeather Lakes is more beautiful than any of these towns mentioned in my opinion. There are other towns like Redfeather, and Ouray too is awsome.
To be honest, I have never heard if that town... I'll have to check it out
I lived in Red Feather Lakes in the 70's, went back in 2005 to see some friends, and it hadn't changed, surrounded by national forest, best time in my life
@@williamhenrich2051 Red Feather Cafe 👍 Beaver Meadows (the beave) Trout Lodge was Close to the Cafe. Tony Kozmizkie and Laura owned it for many years.
One year Allan Saggart got Tony shittered and he drove off into Lake Ramona lolololol. There were no cops or Sheriff there at the time.
It was some of the most times for me too. Butt Cheek Rock on Pipsissawah is cool.
Dunton 😎👍
Well done! Nederland is pretty cool too, and near great camping.
Just an awesome video thank you so much.
No, thank you
Love Colorado
I've been to all of them and love them!! Especially Leadville. Great video!
I'm in Oklahoma but I want to move to Colorado. What's the best town to live in? I don't want a huge city.
So I made a video on the best places to live in Colorado, that has a mixture of cities and small towns.. and will have a video of just towns later this year. I made the list based off of housing, jobs, safety, education, amenities, and quality of life.. like what there is to do near by.
Gorgeous places, love that they r kinda out of the way. So when ya gonna take me to see my first CO waterfall? & Have u done a 14er???
Yeah, I have done about 25 of them. This summer I'll be getting out a lot, most of the waterfalls are frozen right now.
@@coloradonativeguide lol I meant when they thaw like spring, summer, well you know best so whenever. That is so massively impressive 25!!! Wow! Isn't there only 28? & Pls tell me u never go alone, buddy system rules right?
There is about 56.. I do go alone on about half of them.. :/
@@coloradonativeguide once my endurance with the high altitude is top notch & solid for me, I would totally go with you. I wanna see & do some much exploring I just don't know anyone here really to go with, or they work 80+ hours a week. Denver area? Or other side of CO?
@@coloradonativeguide and wow on the 56 I did not know but 25 out of 56 is pretty amazing in my book
i’ve been to all of these places . but shhhh we don’t need more tourists 😫😫 ps they are all amazing
👍
Since the locals call it Buna vista instead of Bwaina vista, why don't they call Pueblo, Pewblo?
Because BV was founded by a German who didn't speak Spanish well amd Pueblo was not
Leadville is good.
lake city is in Hinsdale county. Highest number of people on public assistance.
