How smooth are the wheels over cobblestones / uneven terrain? Is there all-wheel suspension? Also, how high is the handlebar please? Many thanks!
Since the QBit+ has larger wheels than the QBit it is very smooth over cobblestone. There is no suspension tho.
The handlebar is about 1m high.

I'd say yes.
Mostly because the stroller doesn't have "walls" all around.

+Beto Magno I bought it from a local store in Portugal.
I'm not sure how it is in the US market but as I see it makes no sense it coming without the handle bar. It's a safety feature.

It's still as sólido as the 1st day. The build quality is really good.
No suspension, but the fat wheels of the + version take a lot of the bumps of the pavement.

Dimensions when folded are 42x49x53cm according to website.
I have never took this stroller on an airplane so i can't help you there.
But if you're aiming for maximum portability I recommend the GB Pockit.

O Qbit+ tem as rodas maiores que o Qbit, pelo que treme menos. É ótimo para a calçada.
Se o bebé estiver deitado não é possível puxar a fita pra levantar o encosto. É necessário sentar o bebé para não ser aplicado peso de modo a conseguir puxar a fita.

Las ruedas del Qbit + son bastante anchas, en comparación con el Qbit.

I really recommend it. It's one of the best strollers.
