    우와~~ 스트로크 훈련중에 최고봉이네요~~ 처음에는 파트너와 많이 맞춰봐야할 것 같은데~~ 지속적으로 연습하면 실력이 확~~ 늘것같아요~~ 스트로크중 최고네요~^^

      스트로크 훈련은 장소나 파트너, 고민해야 되는 부분이 있습니다. 그럼에도 할 수 있다면!?👍 무조건 해야되는 훈련입니다.

    목디스크가 온 뒤로 후위 공격력이 엄청 약해졌는데, 이 연습이 저에겐 딱이네요.
    공격권을 넘겨주지 않으면서도 무리하지 않는 후위의 역할과 스트로크 연습으로 적당해요.
    연습해 보도록 할게요. ^^
