Thanks Lia, and so sorry for your loss. Condolences to you and your family. Great review. I had this hair also and it tangles a lot. Two weeks is the most you will get in use and it still look good. Very high maintenance hair.

I kept my hair pulled up when was in the house. I wore it to the beach and kept it pulled up. The less Amount ma·nip·u·lation on this hair is best. Loved the overall look of this ocean wave hair. Thank you for your review. ❤

Same here, I ordered it right after the install video, I was waiting on the review..I think I need to find dl something else at the beauty supply! I pay to get it installed so I need to know it's gonna be right for at least 4 weeks!😮
The only thing I do differently from Lia with my crochets so I don’t have to worry about detangling is I use OGX Coconut Oil Mist at night before putting on my bonnet. I usually don’t have to worry about much maintenance.

My condolences to you and your family. I lost my mother the day before Mother's Day. Like you my hair was the last of my worries during this time. Im a sew in girl and in my area crochet services costs the same as sew ins. I do want to try crochet hair eventually.

Love you in this hair! Welcome to the toyotress gang😊. I personally think it's way better than the freetress presto curl. I love toyotress hair and I work out and everything in it. It's not tangly to me but I don't use the longer hair. I stay within the 10 -12 inch length.and I always use a way lighter colors like 613, 27 & 30. I also cut off the ends before installing. May God give your family and strength to carry on so sorry for your loss sis😢.

To help negate the widening parts I go in and use a strand of crochet hair to bring the 2 braids closer together. I go in and strategically place some strands to close gaps around my head. I know you said you're lazy so maybe you just didn't want to do that especially with all you had going on.☺ It still looked cute during your final week thoughts.

Sorry for your loss…that’s crazy I lost my mom 2 weeks ago 😢 so I understand that pain you inspired me because you are on here doing it up despite your loss and my mom was on hospice even though you know it’s coming when it actually does you are still not ready…I think the hair is cute but high maintenance is a no no for me….you’re my go to for all my crochet hair! ❤

I agree this hair was very rough & I had to do something to it everyday I took it out after 3 weeks, & I've kept crochet "hair" normally 8 weeks, but not that hair...

I want to send my condolences but your grandpa transitioned a year ago. Sorry that I'm revisiting it with you however I just saw this. I haven't tried it yet but I put my hair up in Bantu knots to sleep in for my maintenance routine. So having to detangle isn't as trying as it is for you. I am a morning person but I don't usually wear makeup and the end of my day is between 8 and 10pm. Lol. I'm telling you all this just to share that I'm gonna try the hair anyway. I take all your opinions to heart. I love kima ocean wave but I did have to do a lot to keep it looking picture ready. I hate presto curl it just always tangles on me and has me looking like I'm trying to wear an afro. Thank you for your videos they have saved me a lot and it is because of your videos and my coworker/Sister/friend that I even crochet my hair. Love your content.

I tried this hair and it was the 2nd worse hair I've ever used. Even after washing it before my install, it was very itchy. Also, it tangled way too easily. I'll never use this awful hair again!
Hello! I am shocked that you didn’t like the Toyotress hair. The hair is bomb! I am on week four and I love the hair. I ordered more and I am looking forward to vacationing in this hair in August. I work from home. So I wear a bonnet at night and take it off during the day. I don’t do a daily detangle. When I go out I don’t have to do anything to it and feel it looks good. When it is time for me to get dressed on the weekend it does take some maintenance but after 15 minutes it’s gorgeous. I get it though. Batches do differ. So if I get a bad batch I’ll remember your experience. Thank you so much for sharing. I appreciate it.
What length are you wearing?
I have this hair in now 12" in color 4... It's a mess the tangling is too much for me and it looks too shiny.. I'm trying to make this last a few days for a full 3 weeks
I just got this hair installed this past Saturday. My crocheter said it was beautiful and soft hair but I ordered 10 inches. Maybe next time I will order it a little longer but I love and I'm reading that this is high maintenance which is not my preference but I like it so far. I have also noticed that when you wear very soft hair longer than 10 inches, that it tangles alot so keep that in mind too.
Grandma cracks me up with the honest conversations. Hair is cute and Lia makes it work. HOWEVER, It's a no for me. Crochet is supposed go be low maintenance and certainly not daily maintenance. Cute tho'
Cousin Mary K does shout for Toyotress but more so braids and locs of late rather than the hair like what you tried.
I think this is a 2 week hair unless you're up for that maintenance. 🤷🏾♀️

The hair is beautiful but I had to take it out after 2 weeks. It became so hard, dry, and tangled, even when I applied product to it.
