Not a criticism but a little question to be exact. The French patisserie roll the laminated dough very gently. They use a rolling machine for it to ensure the most even application of force, lengthen it as gently as possible. You, instead, press it down. I was quite surprised.

サクサクで美味しかったです!
生地の切れ端は三つ編みにしてくるんで焼きましたお砂糖を上からたっぷりかけて焼いた切れ端も美味しくて満足です!
焼き時間は少し長い気がしたので15分→12くらいにしました!
クロワッサンってこんなに手間がかかるんですね。これからは感謝して食べます。
