I have looked for a college in Nbi offering the course and none meets the requirements of six months training. Some are offering 4mths and others 2mths whereas one is supposed to have trained for 6mths or 1 yr experience. Education is a human right and once you are done, you will be allowed 2 years to legally work in Canada. After that the country expects you to leave. But if you are fast enough, get into Canada, get a job and change your status, use your job offer to file your case and you are good forever. Speed and tactic is what will keep you in Canada. If the caregiver job earns you permanent residency through pnp or you use that job to immigrate using any other pathway. Then you are bound to work that particular job for 2 years then you can move on.
If a 2years college Study Visa applicant does NOT have basic science subjects like physics, chemistry at all but has Mathematics and other social sciences like government, economics, geography in her O'Level, but she opting for IT course like Programming, Cybersecuries etc and she is 50years old at the point of entry, does she stand the possibility of being denied at entry point by virtue of her age, and /or by O'Level subjects obtained and the course she is opting for.

Your best bet is to send your son or daughter then they will sponsor you as a parent that is if your intention is to become a permanent resident. However, you can also apply for visitor visa then you just tour Canada then back to your country. To add on that, if you get an employer who is willing to give you a permanent job then you can move and once it's all done, you move back home but should you marry a Canadian, you automatically become a citizen. Also this agency said I am unable to apply because I DO NOT have a diploma or degree (only Grade 8u Music certification) regardless if I have 27 years of music education experience and the contributions I have provided for music universities during my music lectures. Hi sis my age is 44 so iam eligible only for SINP option my current ielts score is clb 6 and total points as per SINP calculator is 62 ...will I be qualified to get a PR or will I be rejected...or should I take a retest and get CLB 8 But that doesn't make any difference as my SINP total score increases only to 66 points which is just 4 points higher..please advise bro...I am working in a supply chain process and my NOC is in demand...please please please advise if 62 points is enough..thanks in advance
You have one year to work this process. 62 points is great but 65 is fantastic. I wish you could hustle for band 7 in all testing areas so you can compete well since people are coming in with very high points. You can file your case, take ielts again and then update so you don't waste time. All the best

You can just take him, stay for 6 months then you have to leave. However, when he completes his studies he can apply for residency then file your case as a parent. It's called family reunion

What I would suggest for now is just for you to watch my videos and see how much data you can collect. Feel free to watch videos from other people's well to get as much information as possible. I try to make easy videos to follow and you will probably gain the confidence to work the process by yourself. Let me know how it goes and in the meantime, stay safe.
Yes you can go, study for two years, then you will be allowed to work in Canada for three years after which you will have to leave the country. If you happen to fall in love and marry a Canadian, you become a Canadian citizen.

What I would suggest for now is just for you to watch my videos and see how much data you can collect. Feel free to watch videos from other people's well to get as much information as possible. Yes you can go, study for two years, then you will be allowed to work in Canada for three years after which you will have to leave the country. If you happen to fall in love and marry a Canadian, you become a Canadian citizen.
