Even when he reads the instructions he doesn't read the instructions. "All items outside of your warehouse and car will be cleared." - Runs to warehouse to unload his car -
Watching Sips try to load everything on his dinky truck for 5 minutes and me internally screaming “Do it in two trips !!!!” To him eventually just saying “I guess I gotta do it in two trips” 😫
This video is a perfect example why some people need to read instructions. He ignores the fact that the place he wants to rent has a "sell" button on it, indicating that it's already owned. He ignores that the game instructs him to get to level 10 before buying a pawn shop. He reads a message saying that stuff in his storage or car will be saved, and starts immediately removing things from his car. And then he gets a message saying that he needs to visit a locksmith and interpret that as "needing a certain level to unlock it".
He made his point within the video. If the game is designed well enough you don't need to spend all that time going through menus and tutorials. It's intuitive. These simulator games are notorious for being the opposite of that. The game doesn't specifically say that you have to reach lvl 10 before buying the shop, it just lists three separate objectives. One for reaching level 10 and one for buying a pawnshop. It says nowhere that one must be completed before the other. He didn't think the locksmith was locked randomly after he received the message. Before he had any indication to go to the locksmith he saw it on the map and assumed the lock icon meant that whatever that place was is locked. Reasonable assumption for someone who plays games with map icons that indicate things to the player.
watching someone playing by the instructions would be boring as shit wouldn't it. The viewers can watch, be entertained or skip, it's your choice, not your choice to decide how the creator plays the games.
I totally agree. I do love watching Sips (or, I used to. It's been a while. I don't remember why I stopped) but watching him obliviously ramming his head against the wall then complain that the game is poorly designed because the wall shouldn't have been there in the first place while ignoring metaphorical flashing neon signs that say "Go around the wall" becomes tedious.
Driving the car into the storage locker to make it “easier” and immediately making it ten times harder to pack things was peak sips lol
I don't know how Sips plays these high intensity games all the time. You would think he would need a break every now and then.

lmao I love that he uses the force to load up the truck
6:45 just reminds me of the flex tape guy edit. AhhAhhhAAAA
Sips loading the smallest crap first irks me so bad
41:57 Wtf, cutting board for 96$
What kind of economy are these guys living in?
6:42 that's one way to do it
Need Penny Peterwacker to load the truck
when he jumps when he wins the auction he look like elon musk
agreed that's a bit much! I thought my steam had just downloaded something when i heard that noise!
This game doesn't really seem exciting if you win every auction anyways and always make your money back...

Great play through. Couldn’t be better
You just be new to Sips 😂

none of that garbage is worth anything lol. why are they normalizing paying good money for literal trash?
that's the most unrealistic thing about all these games. that you can just turn anythign into instant money.
Sips have enough of the TCG Shop simulator? He did mention it was becoming grindy.
Yep
The game doesn't really offer much after a certain point if you're not into the whole collectable aspect.
