I commented on that Venom pack you reviewed before suggesting that you don't open it, now as far as CGC goes don't send it to them, just leave the comics as they are especially in a top loader as you have them. They're priceless enough yet rare in your personal collection especially finding something like that in wild un-opened and untouched you'll probably not see often nor again. Nice review.
That copy of X men 11 came in a pressman board game. There are several different books that came in the x men board games . I have a uncanny 307 I got from one mint it came back 9.6.. when you look it up put in xmen pressman comic

Years ago I found two Star Wars #1s , California low distribution copies in wild along with the No. 3 issue.
I've had 2 of those Pressman X-Men 11s. I've seen a couple others over the years but the condition is never very good, that silver is unforgiving.

It's amazing how some X-men 2nd prints are worth some money and some aren't.

UNSEAL YOURSELF!! Won't hurt the grade. Don't use CGC. They don't care about pressing your book except to charge you for it.

I see😂nothing wrong with buying already graded "Grails ". They're to hard to find raw at a good price.
