It happened to us at our college station thankfully we never did anything live. We just got a red error capture screen from our software and then windows 10 froze. When we watched it back we saw very similar shit to this. Anchor was seeing a black screen that entire time. No promptor or anything bc EVERYTHING was running off of one or two servers from workstations in production and the sound stage
