Thanks. This is such a hard song to sing and play. I just cheese it and strum the whole thing, but this will help. One question though: don’t they play this with a capo on fret 1, and just do G instead of Ab?
It's very difficult indeed, I had a heck of a time getting this filmed! I just checked out Dave playing this live, he didn't use a capo, it sounds like Ab to me with no capo in the studio version as well.
@@MTGuitar Yeah you're right, I looked at some performances. I think I read that online somewhere. But, I do wonder if you could cheat and do a turning where you don't have worry about the left hand, which could help the rhythmically challenged among us with singing it at the same time. The beat skip is so weird to me. I tried counting it 1,2,3, 1,2,3, and, and then 1,2,3,4,5,6 and. Maybe just 1-12 could work.
Hey all, thanks for watching. Feel free to leave a comment or request below. Keep practicing, see you next lesson!
really cool!
🎸😁👍Nice playing
Thanks!

Good playing. Seems like it would be tough to play and sing that at the same time.
Thank you! It is tough, took a few takes to get it right :)
