Congratulations on the 15 pound weight loss Emily. I got very sick with my diabetes around Christmas and by the time I got to see the Dr in Mid/end of January I had lost 35 pounds. In the last month I have lost 10 more pounds. I am now on insulin but, getting better. Got more to lose but the more I lose the better things are for my body.
Good on Matt doing cleaning. So nice that he helps out. You are doing great sticking with the workouts. I know it can be hard sometimes to stick to the plan. Great job!

Hey Emily, just wanted to share with you a little lockdown fun idea for the kids as a reward when they finished their home school for the day. We would go into my daughters room put the roller shutters down so it was completely dark and have a disco. We would out loud music on and dance away (such a good way to get your steps up for the day too). Occasionally I would buy some glow sticks to use. And I also found a disco light in the 2 dollar shop. Or they would use their torches for lights which almost always ended up in a shadow puppet game on the wall where the kids would tell stories and make shadows to match. We are out of lockdown now on Australia, but it is something my kids still Continue to ask to do well out of lockdown. I think your boys and you may enjoy it too xx

Matt is so thorough with the way he does everything! I can't believe he moves things to wipe counters down, vacuums the corners on the stairs and even turns the laundry the right way around when folding 👀 where did you find him?!! I love your channel Emily.. Wish I had the courage to start one.
You mentioned about what to do about all your Valentine's cards, I'm scanning all ours. All my son's birthday cards (he's only 3), mine and my husband's 'big birthday' cards (21st, 30th etc). I'm backing them up onto our storage drive and onto Google Drive. That way, if we ever have a fire, or they get damaged somehow, we still have a record of them all.
I got great inspo for valentines for my boys and now love the 🥚 painting activity💖 You'll have a great Easter egg hunt this year in your beautiful garden🤗

Finally one nite i went to the hospital , they said blood pressure was up , i did it to myself ! Thats how i learned of anxity ! Lol back then no one talked about it near me anyway !
I make her protein pancakes regularly and with a bit of oats tossed in it makes a thicker pancake! I know shes done this and other additions in the past but thought I'd share!

Hi Emily love all your videos , can you show how you manage and store your family photos and videos . And do you still print some photos and maintain a photo album ? Since we are all taking pictures in phones anytime we want, I find it really hard to segregate and maintain the photos with proper folder names.
