@@Nnnnnnnnnn2001 it depends. some peoples hair works fine with sulphate. for others, it might dry out their hair. so i use a sulphate shampoo maybe once or twice a month cuz i use silicon based hair products ( like serums etc.) just for a nice thorough cleanse, its gonna ensure that all that product buildup is thoroughly cleansed. my normal shampoo is sulphate free cuz i feel like sulphate kind of dries my hair :) u can search about it on google or youtube, if sulphate is good or bad for ur hair, u might find some good explanation :)

Yes, for emergency or like 2, 3 occasions … but if you use tools on daily basis then you need a really good heat protectant…
