This car was tons of fun. I had one and it was the only RC car that I built myself. Well built at least %70 of it but I took it to the local Tamiya shop at the time to finish it up and have the body painted. Absolutely amazing car.
still driving mine on the torrance track ! i keep 3dprinting more parts to repair it ! bought it in 1994 , still going strong

Very nice, I remember this truck, I think I would have got one back in the day if I had not got my Losi “Junior T” in early 1993 whilst on a trip to the US. By the way, the Losi is still going!
Looks something like the original stadium truck racing kits, tamita should bring it back.

the Tamiya Cigarette Fighter... on a DF-100 Philip Morris Chassis
I had seen the dyna blaster probably when it first appeared but I'm correct it was about the same time as the blitzer beetle (incidentally just finished building the metallic chrome blitzer beetle today!) And I always thought it was just another body on the blitzer chassis didn't realise it was dyna storm DNA! worlds a better place if you learn something everyday👍, I think that's been sprayed pink just because it's still an even colour all around it and the yellow is still sharp?
Of course I've heard of it! That was quite a Force when it came out!!
(But then, I'm an Old Fart of 55!!) 😜
At the time, me and several others, were quite successfully Competing in Stadium Truck with the Tamiya King Cab. (MY Golden Nugget, and the one that I will Rob a Bank for if it Re-Re's!!!). My absolute favorite Tamiya of all time! ❤😊
At first we thought it was a new Body release of the King Cab... But it was quite a step up.

This is a truck based on the DynaStorm... one of the best Tamiya model ever.
Could be possible to build a Lunchbox in 2.5 hours from box to finished.

Awesome looking RC's The Dyna Blaster, I remember drooling at the Tamiya catalogue when I was younger wishing it was mine, Very Cool Mate hard to find here in Australia at a fair price. Oh and New subscriber

@@RCKickschannel there is a very nice one for sale on eBay a bit out of my price range at the moment and also a nice Falcon. My 1st RC was a Tamiya Hornet in 1984 I have always had a soft spot for Tamiya.

Awesome find Gavin! Love the Dyna Blaster ☺️ The best 2wd truck from Tamiya for racing hands down. It looks like the wrong paint was used on it. Never seen PS15 fade to that color before. Looking forward to seeing it done bud 😎
Thanks Christopher! Yep the paint looks like it was the wrong one. Good news is I’ve just acquired some new OEM decals and I’m checking with TBG to see if a body is available from them. It’s looking like I will be able to get the car back to mint. Still need to find A replacement under floor rear gearbox plate.
@@RCKickschannel That's awesome man, If you didn't know the Dyna Blaster and Stadium Thunder share the same body so getting one should be easy enough since they did re re the Stadium Thunder around 2011 or 2012 :)

Build will be soon for the optima turbo. It would have been this weekend but I family plans tomorrow.
It uses the same chassis as the Dyna Storm.

When I saw the losi gas 8t when it came out I fell in love with it I was going to make one so I ordered parts and a body I decided it's cheaper to buy a whole car so I had motor and parts and I said I'm spending too much so I put one on layaway at hobbytown and thay sold it to me for 600 I was happy until I found out that they were selling them for 250 discontinued no parts available so I said what ever now market back to 600 so I feel grateful because there is hardly any of them in circulation I like ur pop icon car 1990s it looks like a hot blonde girl in spandex I just want to see her from all angles anyways ur blade crome rims sir man u feek muhhhh👌 art🖼 show let me get a rc kicks calendar 🗓for next year loljkv✝️ it's a Mazda b2200 right or wrong£♤♡◇♧ hmmmmmm¿🐕🤵 my favorite part about the car is the transmission 3 slipper and a wide stance amazing as always
What's the point of buying vintage great cars, and changing everything on it? It's not THE car anymore. It's stupid. It's like loving a woman like she is, but only after she loses weight, dressed with high heels, colored her hair, reshaped her teeth, and looses the glasses for eye lenses.
I kind of don't understand you on this. Why don't you just change what's broken, what's wrong, and keep the history of the car, on the car.
Don't repaint a 1960's stock yellow ferrari in red just because ferraris are supposed to be red. No offence, or disrespect here, just my P.O.V.

He is not putting on anything that wasn’t there in the first place. The car has been modified and he is putting back to standard.
Chris Evans sprayed all his Ferrari’s white. Now that was stupid in my opinion. But it was up to him.
Buy original wheels, ok {Used ones, better) ; respay the original body if you don't like the color, ok {it's a lot of work, but can be done, and, certainly, is a very satisfying experience), but changing the original body if not damage, I don't get it.
Changing THE CHASSIS, because of a few scratchies, it's just weird (no offense, to him, or to you). It won't be the same car anymore.
Changing everything is not restoring. That's what kind of"annoy" me.
He does what he wants, of course. I just don't understand him on this.

Exactly... Changing the wheels... The chassis...the gearbox... Buy a few more part then you have a brand new one lol he does that a lot and o don't understand I like to out in the shelve used cars... But clean... Don't need to be mint... If I like to just have mint cars I would invest in diecast cars lol

One thing I see a lot of on eBay is restored vintage for sale. But the parts which have been used are not vintage😂
