Seattle had real dreams 20 years ago, we didn't deserve Greg Nickels. Now with the new "Progressives" in town, we can barely keep the library running and from turning into a homeless camp. P.S.: It's still a very cool building.
Don't care for this building at all. Cold, lots of wasted space, awkward getting around from floor to floor, lots of glass looking out to the buildings across the street. Just concrete, metal and glass.
I love our library!
It's still impresses me.
So cool documentary, I love our library it’s literally the best in the country
I love this library!
I worked there from 2004 thru 2009 at the time Greg Nickels was Seattle mayor.
That Jasper guy. 👌💯
Check out the photos of the escalators in the link.
What about the escalators in the San Diego Public Library that opened September 30, 2013. That would have been the first!

Hmmm…the thumbnail makes it look like a derelict office building behind a chain link fence
It looks pretty dated.
