Yes if cecilion position perfectly and No because if Lunox get closed cecilion is nothing 😂

Both has strength and weaknesses , cecilion positioned in a safe distance in a teamfight he can deal damage decently,while lunox if the enemy lack stuns/cc she can dive and deal damage as well. But for me its lunox since she can burst down squishy targets and can become invincible for few seconds , while cecilion needs proper stacking and late game advantage to max out his limits
