- The plaintiff brings his two sisters to court. He says they both needed new phones and added them to his plan, but they never paid for the bills or cost of the phone, so he’s suing. The defendants argue the phones were just a gift. They think the plaintiff is suing because of a bigger family conflict.

Its not who needs who first, its who can do without who ! I have seen families dont talk for less until death. I have seen people need life saving help from a family member and would rather die instead of accepting the help from that said family member even when the person wanted to help. So, even if that is the case, it could go the way of he is dead to her

Those phones are most likely locked by the carrier until the balances are paid off, so I doubt they could’ve sold those.

If she doesnt pay, which I dont believe will happen...I will just cancel and eat the fees if any bc I took that risk. He volunteered to HELP his other sister out buying her a phone which he shouldn’t have never done because if she can’t afford her own phone then what makes him believe that she’ll pay the bill each month. Those phone are 1000 dollars. I think they both had bad credit and couldn’t get the phone for themselves. IDC what the agreement is, you don’t do your siblings like that. They’re selfish and unappreciative of what he did for them. I only had one brother and he was murdered. I’d give anything to see him again. You never know how much time you have with your siblings so cherish them and treat each other well because when that day come where you’re nolonger here on earth, you gonna wish you had mended your relationship with them

I can see where the confusion happened. The plaintiff has always been there for his sister's especially his favorite sister and never really asked for anything back. But, this time around he got upset about something that when on with another sibling which caused him to turn the phones off. I believe his sister when she said, he would turn the phones off and on again. He was upset with them about something and wanted to show them who's in charge. The brother seems like a good hearted person to buy his sister a car and then tells his other sister she doesn't have to pay until she gets on her feet. What a good man he is. The second I saw it was a cell phone case I thought "uh oh." I feel bad for the brother. My brother is 11 years younger than me and we don't talk as much as we should but, I wouldn't cut him out of my life for anything.
