Los Angeles Live Steamers RailRoad POV ride

We went up to Griffith Park and toured Walt's Barn. While there we took the opportunity to ride the live steam railroad. This railroad is 1-1/2 miles long on 13 acres, with 24,600 feet of total ground track in three gauges: 7-1/2″, 4-3/4″ and 3-1/2″. This track was 7-1/2" gauge. The railroad is open most sundays for public rides. The cost at the time of filming was $4/pp.

This video was one of my very first test of using a handheld stick with my iPhone. I noticed there is a lot of lens flare from going from sun to shadow. I am learning how to blend this to make it less noticable. If you have any suggestions, please leave them in the comments below.

Thanks I think the difference is Final Cut Pro did something to the video. I’m going to test iMovie today and compare.

It was definitely FCP. I am re-uploading the same video from iMovie and it is much cleaner.
