One of my favorites. I've been listening to her for awhile now, blown away by her talent and abilities. This song I can relate to. Beautiful and powerful. So happy she is doing really well for herself, I wish her all the best and hope she doesn't change for anyone. Her style is unique, her voice is beyond words. Breath taking, her voice is like warm honey, smooth and delicious.

She says no such thing. No self respecting writer would use such a horay old cliché, the words in this song are well worth listening to properly. The lyrics are:
"My window's cracked they can be replaced

which means something very different.
varsas10 I know she did not sing such words - the overall picture that I see as a listener is one of a glasshouse, the more one throw things at it, it will not break - the glasshouse in this case is the poetic metaphor.
Bernard Coldwell The stones being thrown I think was a comparison to the saying "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me", she is saying that the words (stones) you are throwing at won't hurt me and you'll soon get tired before I let you know I'm hurting.
