Been using Delta Sonic for years until August of this year when they damaged my Ford Explorer ST. One of the rotary cleaning brushes got caught and damaged my roof rack. At the time I didn’t know this was a regular occurrence at Delta, guess I should have because as I waited from them to write up a claim, another customer was there complaining that a month ago it happened to him and nothing is resolved. Little did I know that months later, I find myself in the same situation. Plenty of emails back and forth, but they quoted Penny’s on the dollar to have it fixed. Still waiting and they don’t care.
If you own a SUV or any vehicle with a roof rail system, DONT go to Delta Sonic, as they will damage your vehicle no matter what your new vehicle costs, and they will be all nice and emailed but do nothing to fix it. Very sad! Very disappointed and NEVER going back again. !!!
Avoid at all cost!!!
Unless you want your 70k vehicle damaged and not fixed!!!
Very sad this happened. I wonder if all Delta Sonics have this problem?
