Green Ginger Smoothie
Yields 1 cup | 263 calories, 10 grams protein, 9 grams fiber, 142 mg calcium, 1000 mg potassium
0.5 cup soy milk (organic plain, unsweetened)
1.5 tablespoons flaxseed meal
0.25 cup pineapple, frozen
1 banana
1 cup dandelion greens
0.5 teaspoon raw ginger root (I break off a small piece and don’t peel)
OPTIONAL - ice
