Ingrid as a Biologist I should inform you that products that increase cell turnover may make your skin look better in the short term but in fact they will make it age faster in the long run. Basically with every cell division our DNA gets a little bit damaged. This is a very slow and natural process that after many years makes the tissue grow older because every next generation of cells is genetically inferior than the previous one. So by increasing cell turnover you speed up the aging process of your skin by "damaging your DNA faster". I would let my skin cells live their full life and just go for a simple moisturizer and maybe an exfoliation every now and then! Now I'm going back to watch the rest of this video! xo

Go for it! I wanted to cut my hair short for a long time, but in the past it didn't look great on me so I was worried it wouldn't look good now. I love Ingrid's hair so much and I really wanted my hair to be that length so I just went for it. I cut my hair two days ago and I am so glad I did, it was a great decision and I am absolutely in love with my hair now! And if you decide you don't like it, hair grows back. Do what makes you happy :)

INGRID you mustttttt give Dove Hair Therapy Daily Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner a try. It makes your hair unbelievably soft and smooth, and won't build up gunk in your hair like other shampoos. And it smells really good! and it's really inexpensive. Take it from somebody who has super thick, curly, and frizzy hair.
I love the smell but I have super thick hair and have to condition first and then shampoo twice because even a tiny bit of the conditioner and my hair looks greasy and weighed down by mid day. I know everyone's body chemistry is different so it probably works wonders for others. (But yep. Smells amazing!)

Dandruff is not dry skin. Dry skin is dry skin. Dandruff is a waxy yellow smelly medical condition. If you are putting shampoos in your hair that is for dandruff it actually dries out your hair and scalp more (the purpose of dandruff shampoos are to get rid of the oils that causes it which dries everything out.. Dandruff needs to be diagnosed by a doctor.

Actually, you're the one that convinced me to get those Vans (and the hightop ones that are also leather and have animal print inside them), now they're my everyday going out shoes. It has been to the Philippines, Las Vegas, Disneyland, LA and San Francisco... also including Narita Airport where I stopped over to and from the Philippines. I have never been so thankful for those shoes! They are amazing and can literally go with anything. Ingrid! I bought the cleansing oil and mattifying moisturizer! I purchased the Simple cleansing Micellar water per your recommendation and my acne and my skin care routine has really calmed down! I am hoping the oil will help better remove make and the moisturizer will hydrate my skin without making it feel greasy. The struggle is real for this girl.Thank you!

Love love love your fashion choices! Actually, you're the one that convinced me to get those Vans (and the hightop ones that are also leather and have animal print inside them), now they're my everyday going out shoes. It has been to the Philippines, Las Vegas, Disneyland, LA and San Francisco... also including Narita Airport where I stopped over to and from the Philippines. I have never been so thankful for those shoes! They are amazing and can literally go with anything. I am also trying out longboarding (idk if it's a proper term, please correct me skater peeps) which really helps since it's shoes made for skating. Love you and hope you have a wonderful 2016 💕

Ingrid! I bought the cleansing oil and mattifying moisturizer! I purchased the Simple cleansing Micellar water per your recommendation and my acne and my skin care routine has really calmed down! I am hoping the oil will help better remove make and the moisturizer will hydrate my skin without making it feel greasy. The struggle is real for this girl.Thank you!
