Many, many thanks for this video. It helped me immensely to get my Hot Air Balloon working properly. The balloon on the station side balloon came down and got stuck in the string hole at the bottom deck. It wound up pulling down so hard that tiny clasp at the bottom became distorted. This resulted in a string break, and released the weighted side balloon to come crashing down. Thank you once again.

Hi Sean. Just a thought, why don’t you put a timer chip in line with the mechanism so that when the balloon touches down it stays down for 30 seconds or a minute or so making the ride look more realistic.

I have the Lionel Brass models, but not the Ready to Run Set. The smoke on the Ready to Run set would never work on the one engine, so I returned the set.
