Raisin cookies made Persian style! These delicious and delicate cookies are perfect for the Persian New Year or any other time of the year. They're buttery and crunchy on the edges and soft in the center, perfect for a snack or dessert. Ready in 30 minutes, these Persian raisin cookies are a treat. Here are what you need to make these delicious cookies:
Cake flour: 130g
Crisco shortening: 50g
Powdered sugar: 90g
Vegetable oil: 1tbsp
Egg: 1 medium size
Vanilla powder: 1/2tsp
Raisins: 50g
Cook in preheated oven for 15 min at 340 F
:مواد لازم برای تهیه ۱۰-۱۲ عدد شیرینی کشمشی
آرد کیک : ۱۳۰ گرم
روغن صاف قنادی: ۵۰ گرم
پودر شکر: ۹۰ گرم
روغن مایع:‌ یک ق غ
تخم مرغ: یک عدد متوسط
وانیل شکری: یک دوم ق چ
کشمش: ۵۰ گرم
به مدت ۱۵ دقیقه در فر از پیش گرم شده با دمای ۱۷۰ درجه سانتی گراد بپزید

دستور عالی و بی نقصی هستش،آیا به جای روغن صاف قنادی،میشه از کره استفاده کرد؟

ممنونم عزیزم 😍❤️ بله میشه اما بهتره که اگر از کره استفاده میکنید دوغ کره رو بگیرید. به این صورت که کره رو روی حرارت آب کنید و کف روی کره رو بگیرید و بعد از صافی پارچه ای رد کنید. ❤️
