Yep,I've got nearly all of it,(I am a longtime fan of Stan he's a great guitarist and a lovely guy)but I was a bit disappointed with the sound that night because of the lack of crowd making the venue sound a bit hollow,so I was a bit reticent to upload more. Now you have given me a reason to gradually upload all I have ('warts' and all) If you push the subscribe 'button' (if you haven't already) then every time I upload you will be notified, also you can see my other videos, all with varying quality. Thanks for your interest.
I have now put up all that I have (check out my channel IOW70 if you haven't already),I thought I actually recorded more, but thinking about it I may have wiped some that I cocked up one way or the other.Sorry. I am also a long term fan (from the late 60s) as I wrote in a previous post I was delighted to have met and chatted with Stan and band ('backstage') after a gig in Bristol, both my wife and I agree he is a very charming guy,We love him and his music.
Thanks. When I next see the great man again I hope to get an even better recording.I have all Stan's releases and I only record for my own pleasure (not for profit) and for fellow followers of Stan and his music. Somewhere in the dark recesses of my house I have a tape of Stan's Chicken Shack (with Ric Lee/Tony Ashton/Andy Pyle/Paul Butler) at a one day festival (for charity, buying play equipment for kids at Westwood near Bradford on Avon Wiltshire.) The headline act (a certain old one hit wonder reggae act, yeah him) took payment and buggered off without playing Stan offered and stayed on to play a second set for nothing.Such is the greatness of Stan Webb a great player and a great caring man.Love him.
Para mi esto es una perla! Stan es gigante!
Anymore from this gig please? I was at this show
