I don't know how I will get to the Pipeline, but I believe that I can. I know I sound cringe and that you probably won't reply to this one, but I would like to thank you again for giving me inspiration to start my surfing journey. Keep up the great content. I hope that someone will teach me the ways on how to make my way towards big wave surfing.

Of all the vlogs made of this trip, yours is the best at revealing the surrounding context of the effort - all the vehicles, all the surfers,wild dogs, wierd water colors, etc..Your team put enormous effort to put this vlog together and it's beautiful.
Fully agree. Have been in Namibia a couple of times, the pictures represent perfectly what you'll see and experience there. Just crazy how the surfing blew up there, at least when I was there, there was almost no noticeable surf scene. Alone to see 50 cars cruising along Skeleton Beach is crazy to see, normally you are almost alone there.

That was the best 20 minutes of anything i'm going to see or watch today. A documentary in 20 mins -- travel; logistics; checking the surf; and then bang -- mind melting footage. Whoever is flying that drone....good lord. Great edit. Great music. Keep 'em coming boys, that was epic.

The scenery in this video and the cinema photography were beautiful. The video has really solid look and feel to it, and it makes you feel the excitement of surfing in Africa. The wild dog chewing on dead animal on the beach added to the rawness of the location. Great video, Jamie Please give mad props to the camera guy and the editors. #cheers

I’m sure I’m not the only one that has watched Jamie’s and all the surfers from Hawaii’s vlogs for years now. To go on about your lives without a word about the tragedy in Maui says a lot about all your characters..
I believe there’s a big media blackout about it, if so, stay real at let the people know. It means more than whatever waves your catchin. Don’t forget you guys are standing on the shoulders of the locals that are now suffering.

And you have a huge platform and I would hate to see it get hurt just from spreading the truth about the corruption in Maui.
I don’t know if it’s true or if you are allowed to talk about it.
But seeing videos of the police shutting down supply tents made by locals to help the people in need. This needs to be talked about. What exactly is going on? The rest of the world are left in the dark because no ones allowed to post about what’s happening besides mainstream media.
Are you allowed to post a video about the locals getting screwed by government? I understand the risk for you but you may just gain even more respect
Police also blocking in locals while the fires are going? No way all these pro surfers than know so many people in Maui haven’t heard these stories. I’m in Australia getting this information..

Witnesses need to be interviewed and and how the locals have been treated needs to come out. The mainstream media are hiding a lot

At the end you guys are totally echoing the sentiment of true searchers...as a major winter storm chaser and pow fiend, after being at it for 10+ years I started to nitpick stuff I never dreamed I would. Sometimes I'll hit a storm and it'll only line up like 70% as good as it could have been...and when you're out there, you're having fun, but in the front of your mind you'll be imagining what might have been if you had nailed the planning a bit better in some way. Meanwhile to the guy 20ft to my left, it's the best day of his life...perspective in these sports is a weird thing.
