Love the images! What software did you use to scan the score? Quite honestly, I think it becomes boring at this speed, especially since there is no expressiveness, but of course others may love it.

While it might seem "boring" at first, it takes time to adjust to the new tempo. In my opinion, titles like "The Hunter's Song," "Hummel's March," and "The Bloodhound" don't evoke a sense of action. They suggest a more leisurely pace, like a walk in the woods. Perhaps if the music depicted a chase scene, a faster tempo would feel more appropriate. The ending tempo suggests they were successful?
