Something I love about the fan animations of hold them down is that Antinous never knew his killer was Odysseus, the man who’s family he was just insulting, but you took it a step forward and had Antinous be face to face with him. That’s a scary thought that Antinous will never know.
1:59 Poseidon’s face screams, “The Ocean will SNITCH. I am done messing with this family!” And then there’s Ody’s face at 2:11… that is the face of a man who’s plotting the gruesome death of everyone in that room… and Antinous just cemented himself at the top of the list.
You’re the first artist I’ve seen show Penelope with the bandage on her face when the suitors say “Penelope as his queen” it’s kinda like how if anyone but Odysseus sits next to her she’ll lose her identity/part of herself also Athena eavesdropping was AMAZING
I really hope you finish this, 'cause it has huge potential! Old man Odysseus, Antinous parading around the great hall, you can add Odysseus killing him by shooting through the axes and you're primed for a crazy good animatic here!
I hope you don't beat yourself up too much about this not being finished because I can feel all the tension building up with the suitors getting ready to rage and storm the castle with Odysseus slowly losing his mind at the thought of these suitors plotting to take away everything he's fought for. My favorite part has to be the torch being passed around, almost like a call back to Scylla, where everyone who held the torch was destined to die and the fact that you have it appearing in the hands of so many suitors, its like foreshadowing that they're all about to die. I wanna hold onto your animation like I do with my plushies that I love dearly
This might be my favorite depiction of this and trust me Ive been eating up every animatic of this song like candy- Even when its not finished I adore it

Your Odysseus is good concerning his pain and his anger and the way Antinous plays with him bc the suitors humiliate the homeless man...this is cool. And I hope one day you might continue it :3
Holy smokes I love this!!! I'd love to see the finished product if you ever get the motivation again, although I TOTALLY understand if you don't, artistic drive can be a bitch and having your tablet dies on you while working on a project especially SUCKS!!!! Mwah much love
