Do you sell the RSP seeds? Or is it just out there to purchase from whoever saved the seeds? I prefer to purchase from the breeder just to say thanks and give credit

I love that some people can be so immersed in something that many poeple don't even care about, but we, tomato livers admire so much.❤

Thanks Alex, I really enjoyed this video and congratulations to Russ for his creations! It’s very addictive but so much fun to breed new varieties 🥳

Patrina, your work with the Dwarf Tomato Project is partly responsible for all the plant labels with strange gibberish hanging from my tomatoes this year. I only have the Sean's Yellow & Beauty King dwarfs, but will be picking up a few others from Sowdiverse here in Ireland.
I have already given away a few dwarf plants to older people on the allotment site, who grow on benches in the shared poly tunnels. There's not much sense in growing a plant that can reach eight or nine foot, when the bench is already almost three and a half feet. By the time you add the height of the pot, you're looking at the majority being well out of reach.
They also make perfect sense in raised beds for anybody with mobility issues. So free plants may wean them away from dealing with the Gardeners Delight, Moneymaker & Ailsa Craig everybody grows here.
All the best to you and yours. Hope you have a great growing season, when your Spring kicks in.

@@theressomelovelyfilthdownh4329 Thank you, I’ll be starting sowing seeds in about 4 weeks. I’m glad you can get dwarf varieties from Sowdiverse who will probably have some more to choose from for future seasons. I find dwarfs very manageable thankfully, even though gardening becomes more challenging every season (too many candles on my birthday cake) 😅

Rebel Alliance is very fun for me to grow, it is not specular as a tomato, more novelty, but being a Lucas' Star Wars fan it is in some way special for me. I wasn't able to find a vender with Starfighter Prime in stock, but I'd like to grow it next year.

Alex, great video! Different subject but could you at some point do a video on how you string your tomatoes. Seems unique and I am interested in seeing what you do.

As always Alex you did a super fantastic video interview.
Hope that you will consider doing more interviews over the Winter months as we collect seeds for the approaching season. Great to learn more knowledge from the growers of our special crosses.
    Great job Alex.

Tomato breeding is NO secret, the major hinderance to successful tomato breeding is lack of adequate pollen in many tomato flowers, especially in the tropical belt and if there is a "secret" to increasing pollen density in flowers, then by all means please share it
