I don't know why some Jews left India. But I only request that u teach ur generations in Israel to keep this India motherland in their mind. And help its sanatan culture kept alive. And from our heart, u are always welcome again to ur mother India home. Thank you for saying urself as Indian Jews.
Because just like for the Hindus, Bharat is sacred........Israel is sacred for Jews. Hence they left Bharat. Few stayed back to keep the historical link alive. Ofcourse Bharat will stay open for Jews as long as Hindus are in majority. I think it will be hard for future Indian Jewish children who will born in Israel to remain connected with India in the same way Indian Jews who are born and brought up in India. And that's understandable.
This is an exception. Now they marry with boys girls migrated from different countries and slowly mix culture is being evolved. Many old bene isareli Jews lament about loss of their mother tongue literature and traditions customs food habits and culture.

For those jews who like hindusim and culture. there are so many jews who converted into hindusim. one of example is Richard Slavin, who was a jew and converted to hindusim through gaudiya vaishnavism iskcon change his name now his new name is Radhanath Swami. He is very very famous now and has lots of followers world-wide. So he was in past from your jew community.
I am so proud of Indian Jews. Just said that many moved out of India. India should retain its history of its jews for the sake of its diversity. Please talk about those trips to Israel you took before settling down. Do you still have your cousins and extended family still living in India? Do they plan to migrate? I met couple of jews in twitter that still live in India. I often wonder, with few jews left in India, how do they find their partner.
Hey there! Thanks for watching and leaving your thoughts 😇 Yes I do have close family and friends living in India 🇮🇳 I am not sure if they want to move to Israel but some might eventually. I agree, It is hard to find a Jewish partner in India with the community getting smaller over the years but I do have family who have been happily married to non-Jews.
That's the cutest thing I have ever seen- Heart of Bharat in Israel. Hope you all are safe. May Almighty give you more power to fight back the barbers. The bride, groom and bridal party are looking exquisite 🎉 If I am not wrong, that's the Marathi style wedding. The bride has so many beautiful lehngas and she simply rocked it!!!

Beautiful. 😊 As someone entirely Indian/Hindu - I wouldn’t have even known this was a Jewish couple (the only give away was the Star of David - which, oddly enough, is a symbol that some Hindu communities use as well 😅 albeit for different reasons - and the yarmulke/skullcaps worn by the gentlemen in the beginning). Best wishes to the lovely couple!
Correct me if I am wrong but an elderly Christian Keralite told me when I was 18 years old that the Bene Israel she knew in Mumbai had a completely Malayalam cultural connection with the rest of the Keralites; however, many of them had a very strong connection amongst themselves of ancient Hebrew traditions similar to many middle Eastern ancient Jewish communities such as Yemenite Jews. Alot of the men were very literate in classical Hebrew as well and sing certain Hebrew songs from the medieval poet Israel ben Najarra.
Hinduism is the world's oldest religion, about 10000 years old, that's why it is not a Hindu religion but a lifestyle, which is flexible for everyone except Muslim.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Muslims don't need niyog and sati paratha... Go and worship kamakhya ki yoni and shiv Ka lingam... for Ur kind information Jews and Muslims believe in one and only true gods.. not 330000000000 Hindu chutiya gods

Hey Virtual Ranger, glad you reached out. I cannot talk for every Indian Jew in Israel but I will talk for myself. Israelis in general are very curious and they ask questions. Moreover they are straightforward as well. Probably their tone comes out to be rude but in reality they just want to know more about you. Also back in the days people weren’t aware about Indian Jews as much as they are now. Obviously there is still work to be done on the awareness part but Israelis are aware about Indian Jews and I have been treated with respect so far :) I’m really hoping to up the game for our community through my videos and hoping it gets better with passing years 🙏🏻 Have a great day 🌻
Until 1964, the Bnai Israel Jewish community from the Mumbai area had to prove Jewish descent, meaning having Jewish mothers, if they wanted to marry Jews of other communities. The Israeli rabbis thought we had a non-Jewish element married into our community, and we didn't issue divorce certificates before remarriage. Iraqi Jews were behind this, and Iraqis, called Baghdads in India, also didn't accept the Jewishness of Bnai Israel. After much protest and intervention by the Indian government, the Israeli rabbinate declared Bnai Israel to be Jews in all aspects. But many Orthodox rabbis still ask us for proof of Jewish descent or conversion.

Because there is larger Jewish community there which makes it better for things like marriage .
All Jews should come to India and live here happily with Himdus. We have so many things in common, including enemies.
Because Jewish leaders of Israel encouraged and invited Jews from all over the world to settle and build new country.
So beautiful! A fusion of two cultures! Best Wishes to the bride and groom.
