the guy at the pho place told you to boil the broth before pouring it over everything... i'm pretty sure that's why a lot of the meat remained uncooked :P
Nick Dompierre you should have boiled the broth though. I thought it was necessary since pho is to be eaten hot and the boiled broth was supposed to cook the meat. What a waste of food...

Do you know who is baking your bread in your local store, making your food in restaurants, making candy? No. but why would anyone hurt another, without intension. No one does that. If you get sick by bying candy in the store, that doesnt mean they tried poisining you. Last year in military I ate so much from different people, and no one tried hurting me. Why would they. It sounds like you don't know much about nutrition, or eating disorders. Nick chooses to have one full blown cheat meal, and eats clean during the week. Most average people eat a little bit of "junk food" every day as part of their normal diet, and maybe go out to dinner on the weekend, and have some drinks. It's not that different probably as far as weekly overall calories "my friend"

I’ve just personally experienced and witnessed people that have looked forward to a cheat day and it ends up taking over their lives in an unhealthy manner.
