You are most elegant presentation. I though wish to see green space , some trees for shade and one thing i notice is the doors are very heavy and darkens the interior space. Why not has translucent glass in the interior doors to open up the spaces. Thank you.
You always show us beautiful modern homes but they seem to be very expensive can you please also make a video featuring both expensive and affordable homes thank you for all you do❤
Once upon a time the earth was so green before the arrival of man man decided to make greenery a side chick that can never be seen in special place. Nice home
I Love, Love, LOVE the curved planters! I would add 4 tall shade trees to the front and back. The woodlook floor is very beautiful. as is the spacious living area. Nice Big Kitchen! Doesnt anyone make security doors that let in light, like those security windows? I would like to see them. In the primary suite, I prefer a soaking tub, a double vanity, and a private, enclosed wc.
This is a beautiful home but the asking price of 280,000 US dollars is quite expensive. The developer should think about reducing the price because houses in that area at that price come with certain amenities in the environment that this developer has not done if you compare to the environs of Ayimensah Park. ( swimming, pool, play ground for kids, gated community) so for that price, I might rather go there. Over all nice home.
@chicagochay prices in Ghana are not regulated so everyone in Ghana, especially the developers build houses and because they know the average Ghanaian cannot afford it, they go for these TH-camrs to showcase it on their channel to the diasporans. The average home in America is 289,000 USD today comes with either 15 year or 30 years mortgage payment at a reasonable mortgage rate depending on your credit. Go ask the mortgage rate in Ghana and you will be shocked. Everything they do in Ghana, majority of them are not sustainable and comes with a lot of greed to get rich now. So for me, I am a Ghanaian but I stay away from a lot of the schemes I see on TH-cam. Be it land or houses. To each his own.
Ghana, my beloved country 280, 000 dollars is too expensive how much do you spend building and furnishing the house. Even 280000 cedis I will not buy this house.
Watching your videos I am starting to feel that backyard is not a popular concept with these developers or do they regard the greenery as wasted space 🤔
Nigerian property developers have got a taste of luxury. They would have added an in-ground pool and other amenities that will bring out the actual beauty of the home. Instead of what supposed to be a classic property, the developer chose to be timid. Nothing fancy to show, except that the entire yard is tied without any sense of beauty. nawaoooh. Do better next. The location I see, only suits something exceptional.
$280,000 ? How much do pay earn in Ghana daily or monthly to buy a house in Ghana at such a price? They are waiting for people living abroad to pluck $s dollars easily which grows from trees to come and buy this overpriced houses.

Belles maisons!!owahhhh
Ghanaians don't seem to appreciate greenery anymore. Where is the garden, trees, play area

Good point however this obviously gives you more privacy and bigger space to be fair, u can literally hold a party or a gathering at the compound

Please I want to know if the house is for sale
Yes please
There is so much security makes me wonder about the expectation of serious crimes.
It's crazy because Ghana as a whole has very low crime...but I guess everyone needs to make money.
Most crime happens in rural areas there
What’s the Price please again…
Docksimon, wait oo, they are asking for 2.8 billion in old currency?
oh lol... $ 😂
