I have a cartoon that I do where the characters have spirals for heads. I've been TRYING to go digital, but spirals are ridiculously hard to make in most programs, so I've been stuck doing it freehand since 8th grade. I figured there was an easy way to create a simple spiral in CAD - the tapered helix in 2D view is exactly what I've been looking for all these years. Thanks!

Good tutorial. I am trying to loft, sweep or in anyway create a surfboard fin in autocad. I am using the fin profile known as a NACA foil. The base of the fin (the part that stands on the board) is flat. The fin is shaped like a dorsal fin on a dolphin with round top. Do you know of a way to do this? Lofting from the base up works well but not to make the top. I have googled this and seen other people having the same problem as me. Any solution would be apreciated.

Hola buenos dias , existen algun comenado dentro del autocad que permita una helix con un eje y una trajectoria -???? algo asi como una helix with path ..... como si fuera el patch array pero con una helix ... si me hago entender .....alguien que me pueda ayudar , gracias
