Ait Mansour Gorge | Morocco

South of Tafraoute, a magnificent road provides access to the Palmeraie of Aït Mansour in 30 minutes. The crossing of these gorges with their luxuriant vegetation is done by car or on foot (2 hours). We enter an oasis that stretches along a torrent, framed by impressive blocks of rock. The water, the palm trees, the sun that reverberates on the cliffs and filters through the palms, we have the impression of a little paradise.
The road climbs steeply in the direction of Tasrirte, then it's a dive to the bottom of a narrow canyon. Aït Mansour brings together several douards along the valley with widening once past Gdourt.
