I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. @@alexgorham7464 Typically a financial adviser will just put you into standard/tried and true products that are mostly just index funds and ETFs. This has been a down year to invest. If I were you I'd be investing broadly into the S&P 500 and broader index funds, that way you're instantly diversified and you don't have to worry about it too much. Over time, your investment shall grow, just don't get too focused on the short-term.

Investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with Index investing, but it is not easy. My point is that when investing you need education first. I know there are success stories by keep on doing DCA as well. To invest in growth stocks it is another level, definitely you need to know what are you doing.
Standard investment advice is that you should invest in a diversified mix of stocks, bonds, and money market funds. If you are like most people you will invest part of your money aggressively in stocks, and part conservatively in money market funds and bond funds. Actually, I want to told you something,its a coincidence or what but I was following maam but was waitng for a right moment to watch stock market lectures due to my oine classes as I am wuite young and having interest in msrket you eont believe I have covered the basic with almost everything..not just by watching lecture..I did many research but yes in my free time only .(not playing any games)so you guys wont believe that at tgis age studentds don't knoe what market is about and I have started little bit of P AND L READING,BALANCE SHEET,WUATARLY REPORTS WHICH JUST REAUIRE SOME COMMON SENSE and few days back only I watched lecture 1 and just started 2 but left as it seemed to be complicated..so I waited and guess what I was right that the lecture 2 was the 3rd and and this is the 2 .so I will wathch this and then move to the 3rd part which in lecture 2.

I’ve had majority of my holdings in tech stocks and irrespective of market changes, I’ve done pretty well especially with apple’s P/E(price to earnings ratio) gaining over 30% this past decade, now my questions is what stocks do you think will be the next apple in terms of growth for the next decade.
It might be difficult finding the next apple within the tech stock sector, apple has performed way better than the others, maybe look outside of tech stocks.
well things are different now, same market strategies applied over last decade wouldn’t apply to the current market, so to actually figure out how to outperform the market and stay afloat for the next decade, you should reach out to a financial advisor, that’s how I’ve managed to gain over $450k in profit this past couple years

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 150K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again.

I’m an Editor by profession and my husband is a Chartered Accountant. I never had any idea about the technical terms people use these days. And getting married to a CA was all-the-more complicated because we could not discuss our profession.
Even though I’m not from commerce background, I really wanted to learn about stock markets, how they work, do I need to have some strong background to learn it, and many more questions. I looked on TH-cam for some basic course on trading and that’s how I came across your course.

@@alexgorham7464 Typically a financial adviser will just put you into standard/tried and true products that are mostly just index funds and ETFs. This has been a down year to invest. If I were you I'd be investing broadly into the S&P 500 and broader index funds, that way you're instantly diversified and you don't have to worry about it too much. Over time, your investment shall grow, just don't get too focused on the short-term.

Investing is not for everybody, you just need a strong stomach too see your portfolio go down. It might be wiser for a novice to start with Index investing, but it is not easy. Actually, I want to told you something,its a coincidence or what but I was following maam but was waitng for a right moment to watch stock market lectures due to my oine classes as I am wuite young and having interest in msrket you eont believe I have covered the basic with almost everything..not just by watching lecture..I did many research but yes in my free time only .(not playing any games)so you guys wont believe that at tgis age studentds don't knoe what market is about and I have started little bit of P AND L READING,BALANCE SHEET,WUATARLY REPORTS WHICH JUST REAUIRE SOME COMMON SENSE and few days back only I watched lecture 1 and just started 2 but left as it seemed to be complicated..so I waited and guess what I was right that the lecture 2 was the 3rd and and this is the 2 .so I will wathch this and then move to the 3rd part which in lecture 2.
And i was waiting from 1 year
