Coconut and Lemon Soda
Ingredients
1) Tender Coconut Malai - 50g
2) Tender Coconut Water- 150 ml
3) Chia seeds- 1tsp
4) Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp
Sugar powder- 1/2 tsp
Method-
1) Grind Coconut Malai in the mixie.
2) Pour Ground Coconut Malai into a Glass, add ice cubes, Chia seeds, lemon juice, Coconut water with few Malai pieces, Soda and Serve
