synth v sounds so real, I still like vocaloid and utau voicebanks most cause they have a special flare to them compared to synth v but it's just kinda crazy how real her synth v sounds.
With Synth V her voice sounds much closer to her voice provider's, more than anything else. It's still taking me some time to get used to it but I am definitely excited for this release~!

I guess that’s basically what happened since the voice provider aged too. I think that’s kind of unique to teto. We get to hear improvement in tech and the voice provider 😊.

Yeah I don't know why people are saying she doesn't sound like herself. The only situation I can kind of hear that is when she's singing really powerfully, but you can fix that by just adding a little bit of gender parameter, and using a combination of power and cute instead of just power; I think that would be all it would take to get that sakebi-like sound.

what i like about this is the comparison sorta sounds like what it's like when your young voice grows and matures into adulthood. it's like the difference between a hobbyist singer who finally made it big and had a lot more practice and growth

Like I feel the engine noise from her UTAU bank adds to her character but her SynthV still retains some of that charm while also being something fresh, new, and even more expressive than before!

Erm, her sample while singing the song Alive sounded pretty powerful to me, its not really a mellow song o_o i will say though, the person who tuned her utau vb really nailed it w her in Alive. But there is no doubt she sounds really great in the SynthV portion as well
As someone who's been in the fandom since 2011, it's rare for me to love new versions of voicebanks due to nostalgia... but Teto's is my only exception! They made her sound absolutely stunning in SynthV! She still sounds like herself, but has much more clarity and poise to her voice. It's amazing to see she is now official!
I truly dont get some of the criticism about the new VB, its not like the utau ones arent available anymore? my view on it is of the 'holy shit, two cakes!' type. While i have a special fondness for tetos utau voicebank and her more robotic voice, i still find it dope to see her get an update! And i do think the voicebanks keep quite a lot of her Vibe despite being on such a different program ^_^
I like how they still kept the “strong” voice/pronunciation of the original UTAU voicebank, while making her realistic too! Can’t wait when people play around with SynthV Teto 💕✨

Her actual voice sounds the same, it's just... smoother. With UTAU Teto, whenever the pitch changed, you could really hear the step in pitch, while Synth V Teto makes the transition much smoother.
SynthV knew what they were doing. SynthV's is like "Soft, Deep and Strong" and can reach very humane high notes while UTAU's is basically "Strong, Robotic and Hard". and high notes are very inhumane growls than screams.
oh wow, she sounds amazing. i really hope synthv teto is a free voicebank (or at least has a lite version) so poor folk like me can use her in covers and such. the utau version did have a charm, but at least for me synthv is so much more pleasing to listen to. this is actually making me a bit emotional--she started out as a joke, just a parody of another miku on a free software, and now she's so widely recognized that she's actually getting a professional voicebank. idk man... its just..... sweet.......
The Lite version was said to be available on May 8 during the official AHS live broadcast. However, they also said that there might be a slight delay because they are busy right now. We hope this will be of some help.

I'm old, and grew up listening to transistor radios--Teto's voice was nostalgic for me, having that same tinny sound. Her new sound is rich and gorgeous, but I'll always love her for her original self.

All AI voicebanks can sing English, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. So Teto can also sing Mandarin Chinese aswell! But with how SynthV works, you can manipulate the ability to sing these three languages in ways that give you the ability to sing other languages aswell.

Personally I love all the variations, except power. I'd hate to say it, but it really doesn't sound like her. If I heard it without knowing it was Teto's voice, I wouldn't have ever guessed it was her. Though as someone said down before, it can easily be fixed. Joyful sounds off as well. Only in the chorus when she's singing more powerfully though. Still love it overall + her new outfit ❤
SynthV used to have a growl and scream function but they removed it. I believe they're still working on improving the system before rereleasing it. I remember it being a little janky and weird sounding, so it's understandable that they wanted to improve it before releasing it. For now, we'll just have to wait.

That and the editing on her new vocal samples are probably a LOT cleaner. So she just has a better tone with less of the artifacting.
Oyamano does not even need tuning. Listen to her live recordings and she has an incredible natural voice.

Personally I love all the variations, except power. I'd hate to say it, but it really doesn't sound like her. If I heard it without knowing it was Teto's voice, I wouldn't have ever guessed it was her. Though as someone said down before, it can easily be fixed.
Joyful sounds off as well. Only in the chorus when she's singing more powerfully though. Still love it overall + her new outfit ❤

SynthV used to have a growl and scream function but they removed it. I believe they're still working on improving the system before rereleasing it. I remember it being a little janky and weird sounding, so it's understandable that they wanted to improve it before releasing it. For now, we'll just have to wait.
