- Some of the strength work I'm doing as I continue my recovery from injury - a stress reaction in a bone in my left foot. No running for 4 weeks at the time of recording, but staying positive as I tried to build strength for a sub-3 marathon attempt in October 2024.

@@nrg_runs I don't think it comes naturally to any runners 😂 but it's something we have to do to stop getting injured I guess 😂 Looking forward to your next vid 👊
@@raleyadventures Yes very true… we’re runners for a reason! Cheers and you too - bit behind as we have not had the internet at home for 5 weeks and we’re using ridiculous amounts of data 😭
